Any citizen of India can seek information from Book Promotion & Copyright Division, Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Human resource Development, Government of India under the Right to Information Act, 1957 by filling an application addressed to Central Public Information Officer (CPIO) along with a fee of Rs.10.00 by Indian Postal Order (IPO) or Demand Draft (DD) payable to “Pay and Accounts Officer (PAO), Ministry of Human Resource Development, Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi”.
